Athens Senior Photography

Chris {senior}

I don't shoot a lot of senior sessions, but I really enjoyed shooting this one!  Chris gave me quite the education on Twitter and why and how I should be using it (not there yet, but maybe!). We started off at Ben Burton Park, where I'd only shot one other session.  The light was beautiful and we pretty much had the park to ourselves.

You guys know I don't shoot a lot of seniors, but when one comes along, I certainly don't turn them down!  When Chris' mom asked me to shoot Chris' senior photos, I quickly agreed and crossed my fingers for warm weather...  We lucked out on warmish weather and I lucked out with Chris -- isn't he adorable?  I had such a good time, I wonder why I don't shoot more senior sessions...  Lots more to come :-)bible_chris001

Rachel {senior}

I shoot a lot of senior sessions and, to be honest, after shooting Rachel's session, I'm not sure why!  I had a great time getting to know Rachel and her mom and Rachel's great-grandmother.  Her great-grandmother owned the farm and land we shot on and it was gorgeous.  And I just LOVE early morning light; it's just so, so pretty! Rachel is an FFA girl and really familiar with animals and the whole farm life, but these aren't her cows, so we quickly got safe behind a fence :-)  Ten minutes of staring at us, and they all just turned around and ran off.

Rachel didn't want a traditional class ring, but she wanted a ring that symbolized her graduation, so she asked her parents for a "cool" ring and this is what she got!!  Isn't is so pretty?  I want one for myself!
